Covid 19 Company Policy Procedures.
Russell’s Vehicle Management Ltd have put the following procedures in place for the welfare and health and safety of both our employees, customers and general public.
When handling customer cars and interacting with customer/ general public we will ensure that our staff always:
- Wear provided disposable rubber gloves
- Wear provided face coverings
- Fit disposable seat covers
- Fit disposbale steering wheel covers
- Fit disposable paper floor mat
- Wipe down customer car vehicle controls after use with provided anti-bacterial sanitiser spray, including interior and exterior door handles and keys, key fobs.
- Keep a minimum distance of 2m’s away from all persons.
- Keys cleaned and left in the vehicle in sight of customer
- Driver to sign on behalf of customers after asking customer name and agreeing condition of vehicle.
- Frequent and thorough hand washing
